4. I am the policy holder, why do you need permission from the patient to discuss the bill?
We are mandated by Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to maintain each patient’s privacy and must receive permission from an adult patient to discuss or reveal any medical information with anyone other than the patient.

5. Do I have to create a user and password to make a payment online?
No. You have the option to process your payment as a guest.

6. Why was my last payment applied to the bill in two separate places?
If your payment amount does not match your most recent statement amount issued; then we will post your payment to the oldest charges first

7. Why did I receive a bill for a doctor I did not see?
Some providers may assist with your healthcare even though you may not meet them. These are the providers who read your lab results, x-rays and other test results.
